The spa is run by its owner, Margarita Gabarron, who builds the work on the idea that mind, body and soul are connected. In her view, relaxing both the mind and the body supports healthy skin, and that belief shapes the calm, massage-led side of the menu. Ongoing study in skin care and massage keeps the treatments updated.

The menu is grouped into body treatments, facials, face services, massages and skin care. Body treatments include body contouring, which combines cavitation, radio-frequency, wood therapy, vacuum, electro-muscle stimulation and lymphatic drainage and is offered in packages of 6, 8 or 10 sessions. Other body options include a Geneo back facial, LightStim+ red light therapy and an Oxygen Dome session using a hyperbaric device. Facials range from Hydrafacial levels with boosters and LED to gua sha, a Geneo oxygenation facial and a sculptural face massage that uses the Helena Pahava manual facelift method. Massage services include lymphatic drainage, Brazilian lymphatic massage, post-operative lymphatic drainage, hot stone and Swedish massage. Deep tissue massage is not offered.

Some rules apply before booking. Facial precautions include no flu-like symptoms or fever, and active acne and pregnancy are listed as reasons not to book facials. Clients should wait 4 weeks after Botox and 6 weeks after fillers before the sculptural face massage or the lymphatic drainage facial, and buccal massage follows the same waiting period. Cancellations made up to 24 hours ahead are free, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled price. The spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Zelle, debit and cash, and sells eGift cards through Square.
