The lash menu covers classic, Siberian mink, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, offered as full sets or refills. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks. A refill needs a full set first and enough extensions still in place, which is at least 40% for most refills, 50% for the 100% Real Siberian Mink Refill and 60% for the Siberian Mink Hybrid Refill. Refills booked after three weeks are charged as a full set. A Mink Touch-up needs a full set first, at least 70% of extensions remaining, and must happen within a week of the last visit. Lash Lift and Lash Lift and Tint are also offered, and clients are asked to avoid waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers for a couple of days beforehand. Bottom lashes and lash removal are available too.
Brow services include tinting, wax shaping with tint, and brow lamination, which uses a perm solution to set brow hairs for up to six weeks depending on growth. Brow tinting clients who arrive more than five minutes late may be asked to reschedule. The facial menu ranges from a house facial for first-time clients to treatments for acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, discoloration, and clogged pores, plus microdermabrasion, LED, a chemical peel and microneedling. The chemical peel requires a consultation before booking. Waxing covers the chin, lip, lower legs and full legs.
Treatments are matched to the client, such as choosing a lash lift size after the stylist evaluates natural lashes and eye shape.
