The menu is grouped into Luxury Lash Extensions, Fills, Brows and Additional Services. Full sets come in Classic, Classic Plus, Hybrid, Wet Set, Volume and Mega Volume styles, and a lighter Wispy option is also listed. Fills are offered on two-week and three-week schedules in the same styles. Every natural lash is lashed with full sets and fills at no extra cost to add fullness. Brow options include waxing, tinting, and a combined tint and wax. Dermaplaning facials and lash removal round out the menu, and lash removal is to be done by a professional. According to the studio, each service is customized to the client and precision is a priority.

Booking and timing rules are firm. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for every full set and for foreign fills, and it goes toward the reserved service. Deposits cannot be moved to another appointment. Changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours ahead carry a $50 fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full reserved price. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and they receive a text the day before to confirm. Fills can be prebooked up to a month ahead and are eligible one to three weeks after the last set; after three weeks a full set is required. At least half of the natural lashes must remain for a fill, and foreign fills are accepted without a removal from $130. Lash issues reported within three days of service are corrected at no added cost. Lash services are not refundable. Eyes need to be free of makeup and skincare before a lash appointment, or a $15 removal fee applies. Children, guests and pets are not allowed in the treatment room, and clients must be 16 or older, or accompanied by an adult or have written consent. Card, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo are accepted, and payment is due at the end of the service.

Through Marvel Beauty Training Academy, the studio teaches accredited lash extension courses. Options include a 3-day intensive, 2-day beginner and advanced classes, and a 1-day advanced styling course, with tuition from $600 to $2,500 depending on the course. Four-installment payment plans are available, and one-on-one courses can be arranged on request. The courses are technique-only; the certificate is not a state license, and the academy is not a licensing school. Deposits and course fees are non-refundable and apply to the cost of the course.
