Facials run from a 90-minute New Client Intro Facial, for first-time clients who can book it once, to the Marva Ultimate Facial, a 90-minute service where the client picks one exfoliation option, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, and one infusion option, Nano Infusion or Silktox. Other facials include the Marva Deluxe Facial, which is suited to hyperpigmentation or acne, a King Treatment Facial that includes a beard treatment and is offered to men, a Microderm and Peel Facial that the business says involves no downtime, and a Back Facial with hot towels, hot stones and a back massage.

Some facials are aimed at specific areas. The 45-minute Vajacial is for women only and works on brightening and on ingrowns or marks from shaving. The 45-minute Underarm Treatment is for hyperpigmentation and ingrowns from shaving, and the 45-minute Booty Facial is also offered.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, neck, stomach, underarms, Brazilian and butt, along with a full-face wax that includes the chin, sideburns, cheeks, lip, lower lip and neck. Brazilian waxing is for women only. Add-on services start at $5 and cannot be booked alone. Two six-month packages are offered with priority booking: a Bronze package of six monthly Brazilian waxes for $200, and a Gold package that adds underarm waxes for $260.

Marva Members Only is a monthly spa subscription with a price that varies. Members choose a Marva Deluxe or King Treatment Facial, receive 10% off skincare products and 15% off other services and add-ons, and get 20% off everything during their birthday month.

Policies: facial bookings need a non-refundable $30 deposit that goes toward the balance. Cancelling a facial less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and incurs a charge of 50% of the service, and a no-show forfeits the deposit and incurs the full charge. Waxing must be paid in full at booking, and late cancellations forfeit 50% of payment while no-shows forfeit all of it. Afterpay pay-in-4 is available for select services with a $5 surcharge and must be completed within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is cancelled.

The online shop lists 34 skincare items, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, SPF, eye care, exfoliants and travel sizes. Listed prices include $32 for the Green Tea Citrus Cleanser and $24 for the Cucumber Hydration Toner. Online orders are final sale and non-refundable, are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 7-10 business days, and ship within the USA only, not to P.O. Boxes. Gift cards are also sold online.
