The salon aims for a relaxing visit, and part of the experience is learning how to recreate the designers' looks at home. Visits take place in a fun, positive setting.

Cut and color prices are listed as starting points. Ladies haircuts start at $65, men's haircuts at $30, and haircuts for children under 12 at $35 for girls and $20 for boys. A men's neck clean-up starts at $10 and a bang trim is $10. Single process color starts at $70. Glaze and cellophane start at $70, or $40 when added to a color service. Highlights are offered as frame ($80), partial ($110), half head ($130), and full head, balayage and ombre, each starting at $200.

Texturizing options include a customizable Brazilian Blowout, which the salon says reduces frizz and smooths the cuticle, along with Brazilian Express and Bodywave, both starting at $200. The Brazilian Blowout starts at $250. Extensions are Tape In and Keratip Bond, using Remy human hair in lengths from 10 to 24 inches, priced after a consultation, and clip-in extensions can be added for $30. Hair treatments include Awakening Scalp Therapy, Quencher Hair Therapy and a Housemade Seasonal Mask at $30 each, plus B3 Demi Permanent Conditioner at $50, which the salon describes as a bond builder for extremely damaged and chemically treated hair.

Bridal hair and makeup is offered for the bride and groom, the wedding party, and family and friends, either at the salon or on-site at a location the client chooses. Wedding Day Makeup costs $125 and Wedding Day Hair starts at $125. Bridal party hair and makeup are $100 each. Clients booking at the salon are offered complimentary mimosas, pastries and fruit. For off-site bridal work, clients are asked to contact the salon for details.

Every service requires a 50% deposit. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Concerns about a service must be reported within five days for a free correction, which does not include a complete change of color or style. The salon will not correct color done elsewhere, and most color corrections take more than one visit. Hair services are non-refundable, and products are only exchanged if defective. The waiting area is small, so clients are asked to bring only a few companions, and children who are not being serviced cannot be accommodated. Payment is accepted by cash, personal check, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Bookings and digital gift cards are handled through the online booking page.
