The menu covers three groups: nail art, nail services such as Gel X, structured gel and a no-polish manicure, and soak-offs for removing structured gel or Gel X. Structured gel and Gel X both include cuticle work and a choice of solid color polish. Nail art can be added on top of a gel manicure or Gel X, and freestyle sets can be designed from a Pinterest photo the client selects.

Booking has a few set rules. New clients pay a $25 deposit for a structured gel manicure. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the booked services, a no-show is charged the full amount, and no new appointment can be made until a cancellation fee is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, but approval is needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
