Services are grouped into add-ons, blonding, color, haircuts and styling. Blonding ranges from a few foils around the hairline to highlights through the whole head, and several blonding packages include toner and gloss. A bleach and tone service creates an all-over bleached look from root to end and includes toner and a blowout.

On the color side, root color is offered for gray coverage and regrowth, and full color covers root to tip. Toner or gloss can refresh highlights or existing color. Vivids and fashion colors are booked by consultation for new clients and billed hourly. Vivid color refresh, which reapplies color without lightening, is offered to previous vivid clients only. A color consultation takes about 15 minutes to talk through hair history and the result you want, and there is no charge for it.

Haircuts include a kid's cut for children under 10, a masculine-style scissor or clipper cut, a haircut only, and a haircut with a style. Styling covers blowouts, formal styles and wedding hair trials. Existing clients can book a bang trim at no charge.

Appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked service. Questions about the policy can be sent by call or text to 540-328-0634. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
