Visits are by appointment. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10am to 7pm, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a charge of 50% of the treatment, and same-day changes or no-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals have their treatment shortened so the next guest is not delayed. Guests are asked to mention pregnancy or health conditions such as allergies or injuries when booking. Credit cards and cash are accepted; gratuity is not included in listed prices and is accepted in cash only. Parking is available in front of the salon. Gift certificates start at $50 and e-gift cards do not expire.
