Treatment rooms are private and prepared fresh for each client, and the spa presents itself as a calm, women-only retreat from the everyday rush.

A typical visit begins with intake forms, which can be completed online before arrival or in the relaxation lounge; the spa asks guests to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for this. Facial clients are given a robe and headband, and massage and body clients receive a robe and towels. Guests may come early to relax in the facilities, and complimentary Moroccan mint tea and baklava are served in the lounge after each service. Free parking is available in the shopping center lot. Children may accompany guests under certain conditions and need a signed child waiver. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended and can be booked online or by phone. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Packages must be booked in advance, individual packages at least 48 hours ahead and bridal or group bookings at least two weeks ahead. Gift vouchers are available for packages and services.

The spa also offers med spa treatments under physician-led care. Dr. Amir Baluch, MD, leads physician oversight of the Botox and laser treatments. Dr. Baluch is a board-certified anesthesiologist who earned a medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, completed a residency at the University of Miami, has trained in over 100 aesthetic procedures and previously directed an aesthetics training institute. Injectable options include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, and the spa also lists dermal fillers, vitamin injections, microblading and LED teeth whitening. A private consultation is recommended before treatment to review goals and health history, and it carries no obligation. Botox pricing depends on treatment areas and units, so a quote is given at consultation. According to the spa, all treatments are performed by certified female therapists or estheticians.

Packages bring several services together. The MHS Combination lets guests choose any two 60-minute services over about 120 minutes for $170. The De-Stress Retreat runs about three hours and includes hammam exfoliation, Swedish massage and a custom facial for $260. The Bride-to-Be package, also about three hours, includes a henna hammam exfoliation with mud mask, massage and a glow facial for $300. The spa also lists monthly memberships at $69, $89 and $100 per month, which the spa says bring discounted rates, priority booking and member-only offers, with pricing by inquiry. Individual services can be added to any package at standard pricing.
