Hair loss and scalp work begins with a consultation that takes about 1.5 hours and costs $140. It includes a scalp scope, digital images, measurements and a protocol plan. Hair Restoration and scalp treatments, starting at $130 and taking about two hours, are offered at three levels: Essential, Signature and Advanced. Signature adds botanical herbs, and Advanced adds technology-driven follicle stimulation and scalp infusion. Before a consultation, clients should avoid shampooing for at least 48 hours and skip artificial fibers, gels, oils and temporary color. A new consultation is needed for Hair Restoration if the last one was more than six months ago.

Booking runs through the online system, which shows current availability and handles rescheduling. Appointments can be made up to 60 days ahead, and a non-refundable deposit secures the booking and is applied to the total. Late arrivals may have their service shortened, rescheduled or canceled. Clients should arrive with hair taken down and detangled, or notify the salon ahead of time so detangling can be scheduled. Otherwise a detangling fee is added. Extra guests are welcome only if they are also getting a service, since space and seating are limited. The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and it is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Marlissa's Special is the signature service, starting at $150 and taking about two hours or more. The salon describes it as combining some of its top products and treatments recommended by Marlissa. It includes a steam treatment, low-level laser light therapy and an optional trim at no charge. Gift cards are sold online in amounts of $75, $100, $150 or $200, or in a custom amount.

Scalp and hair loss care starts with a consultation and a protocol plan, followed by customized treatments.
