Haircut pricing and timing depend on hair length and density, with length tiers from short to extra long. A haircut with styling includes shampoo, conditioning, a warm hot towel, a blow-dry and custom styling. Color is booked in set formats: a Mini for face-framing highlights or lowlights and a gloss, a Partial for the top half of the head and around the face, a Full for full highlights or balayage with face-framing pieces, and a Signature customized color service for new clients. The salon notes that reaching a particular color can take several full-color appointments, depending on starting color, hair history and goal.

New visitors who are unsure what they need can book a complimentary initial hair consultation by text or phone. An in-person consultation is reserved with a $30 fee, which is applied to the next service if one is booked. Extensions have their own steps: a consultation from $30 to choose extensions suited to budget, which can be added to any service, followed by installation, touch-up or removal.

Cancellations or changes need at least three days' notice; anything inside that window carries a 50% fee of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon also runs one-on-one education sessions for stylists at $350 each: Level One covers consultations, face shapes, haircutting and styling; Level Two covers color theory, formulation, balayage, highlighting and lived-in color; Level Three covers business organization, software, finances, taxes, licensing and product use.
