The salon describes its mission as centering on client satisfaction. Stylists share suggestions, but the client makes the final decision on the look. Complimentary consultations are available. Hair service prices depend on hair length and include both the cut and the styling.
Lash extensions are a separate part of the menu. The salon applies NovaLash extensions, with one synthetic extension bonded to each natural lash to add length and thickness. A first full set takes about two and a half hours and a fill about an hour. Fills are recommended every two to four weeks, and the price may rise slightly if a fill is booked later than that. According to the salon, the NovaLash adhesive is patented, waterproof and has passed toxicity testing, and lashes are not harmed when extensions are applied properly. Lash appointments run Wednesday through Saturday, with early and late times available.
