It is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday visits are by appointment only, arranged by phone.

Braiding is the core of the menu. Listed styles include knotless braids, boho knotless and jumbo boho knotless braids, short boho braids, box braids in small, medium or jumbo sizes, Fulani and tribal braids, micro braids, French curls, cornrows with a ponytail, and mohawk cornrows. Natural hair box braids are also offered. Most braid services are listed at $20, and listed appointment times run from about two hours for natural hair box braids to about five hours for knotless, boho and box styles.

Online bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final price. Phone bookings require a $30 non-refundable deposit, which must be paid within 24 hours. Cash, card and Zelle are accepted in store. The balance is paid after the client checks and approves the finished style, before leaving. Listed prices are final, and price reductions are not accepted. Tipping is optional and is given in cash to the braider rather than added to a card payment.

Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduled appointments are seen first and walk-ins may wait for a seat. Hairstyle changes cannot be made on the day of an appointment, so the correct service should be booked in advance. Refunds are not offered after 24 hours. Clients may bring their own braiding hair, though the salon may not stock crochet, kinky or specific boho hair. Micro braids with client-supplied hair carry a $250 flat rate, are booked on weekdays only, and cannot be booked on Saturdays. Children under 12 need childcare arranged, and children may not be left unattended for more than one hour.
