New guests start with an online consultation form covering goals, inspiration and hair background, and must complete it before a hair appointment can be booked. An in-person consultation then covers lifestyle, budget and the result the client wants before services are chosen. New guests receive a confirmation and a reminder 48 hours ahead. Clients are asked to bring two or three inspiration photos of people with similar natural color, hair type, texture and skin tone. Color and blonding work prefers clean hair, which can mean hair from one or two days earlier. Each visit ends with a styling lesson in the salon covering tips, tools and products for home, and new guests get product suggestions and home-care tips afterward. A photo at the end of a first visit is optional. Clients are asked to come alone, since there is no room for children or friends.

Color services are built around the time they need. Lived-in color grows out without obvious roots, so it asks for fewer salon visits even though each appointment runs longer. Color and blonding appointments are planned for three to six hours. Pricing starts at $105 for a color touch up for grey coverage or one to two inches of root growth, about two hours, and at $155 for an all over color in a single shade the same or darker than current hair. Lived-in maintenance starts at $160, and custom color ranges from a face frame starting at $220 up to a full custom color starting at $400 over roughly five and a half to six hours. Custom transformative work for corrections and fresh starts is priced from $105 per hour. Final prices vary with time, hair density and products used.

Policies: cancellations need 48 hours notice, with 25 percent of the service fee charged for less notice and 50 percent under 24 hours. Missed appointments are charged in full. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be offered a shorter service or need to rebook, and a late rebooking is charged 50 percent of the service value. No refunds are given, but issues reported within seven days are corrected at no added cost. Corrections requested after seven days, and issues tied to a personal preference not covered in the consultation, are charged.

Each client gets individual attention, and the color and style are chosen for their hair and their needs. Hair tips and product suggestions are given so clients can maintain their results between visits.
