The online schedule shows open times, and clients who want a time that isn't listed can text the salon to ask whether it is available. Appointments are booked by contacting the business directly.

Deposits for lash classes are non-refundable. Clients are sent a text confirmation with the appointment address two days before the scheduled time.

Clients are generally given a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. After that, the salon calls to check in, and a late client may have to skip parts of the service so the appointment stays on schedule.

Cancellations, reschedules and changes need at least 24 hours' notice and can only be made by phone. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead carry a charge of 50% of the reserved services, and changes made less than 4 hours ahead carry a charge of 100%. A client who doesn't arrive and hasn't cancelled 24 hours ahead is recorded as a no-show in their chart, and a second no-show without reasonable cause may lead to being removed from the facility.
