Lash refills are priced by timing. Basic, Classic, Hybrid and Volume refills booked 2 to 4 weeks after the last appointment are $55. Basic refills are for 2 or 3 weeks, and going past 3 weeks counts as a new Basic set at $100. Express refills at $55 are offered for Classic, Hybrid and Volume sets and take about 45 minutes or more, but cannot be booked more than 4 weeks after the last lash visit. A refill 4 or more weeks after the last appointment, or for a returning client, is $100 and takes about an hour or more. A $50 deposit is required for those longer-gap refills.

Other lash services include a $50 lash upgrade (about 15 minutes), a $25 deep lash cleansing (about 30 minutes) that removes oil, skin, dirt and makeup buildup the studio says can lead to early shedding, a $45 extension removal (about 30 minutes), and a $5 correction (about 45 minutes). Corrections must be reported within 72 hours of the appointment; after that, an Express appointment or the next refill is needed. If natural lashes are undamaged, the studio recommends waiting 48 hours after removal before a new set goes on.

Brow services include waxing or tweezing for maintenance ($10, about 30 minutes) or for shaping ($15, about 45 minutes). Brow stains are $20 (about 30 minutes), $25 with maintenance (about 45 minutes), or $30 with brow design (about an hour). The stains use Brow Code's Stain Hybrid Dye, which the studio describes as combining henna pigment with the ease of a tint. Lip waxing is $10 and takes about 30 minutes.
