Marielle Mucha

The name refers to the Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha, and that style appears in the logo and merchandise. The location listing uses the name Lashes & Lines Studio.

Lash work began after a class taken in 2020 and has continued at several lash salons and studios. The artist holds a NYS Esthetics license, received in February 2023 from Continental School of Beauty, and completed lash training at S.H.E. Salon, a classic lash certification from E'lan in 2023, and a classic lash course from Lexy's in 2020. Tattooing began after a permanent makeup class for brows. Training includes a fine-line tattoo certification with Fine Line Studio, taught by Aubrey Jensen, a fine-line beginners course in 2023, and a Nano and Powder Brow certification completed in June 2023 at Adorn 1220 Studios.

Tattoos are offered in three sizes. Tiny pieces run about half the size of a business card, and medium pieces run about the size of a dollar bill; each has a $65 minimum. Custom work of any size can be spread across several sessions and requires a $65 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the tattoo. To begin custom work, clients book a consultation through Vagaro and complete a digital form that includes health questions. They also provide a photo of a driver's license confirming they are 18 or older, plus one to three inspiration photos. Designs are reviewed at the appointment, and minor changes can be made before the tattoo is applied. Renderings are not posted on social media, in order to protect the artwork. Subjects include flowers, henna, faces, Art Nouveau styles, tarot cards, calligraphy, ribbons, vines and skulls. Color tattoos require pre-approval, and black, grey and white work is the studio's preference. Cash is preferred, and card, Apple Pay and Venmo are also accepted.

For lashes, clients are asked to bring a reference photo to the appointment. Come makeup free, avoid caffeine beforehand and bring a blanket. Parking lot A offers the quickest access. The entrance is the large glass building; use the door farthest right and take the elevator to the second floor. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $15 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice is treated as a no call, no show. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice or a 75% fee applies. Booked classes need 24 hours notice for cancellation or the full service price is charged to the card on file. Confirmation and reschedule messages go out 48 hours ahead, with reminders 24 hours ahead.

Lash sets are tailored to each client, from a light single-fiber look to dense handmade fans, and tattoo designs are reviewed in person before application.
