New facial clients start with a 30-minute New Client Skin Consultation at no charge. The visit covers skin and lifestyle, the current skincare routine, skin concerns and goals, past products and treatments, and any contraindications. It ends with a personalized treatment plan and the recommended facial tier and enhancements, along with at-home skincare suggestions, and the facial is booked afterward.
Consultations also serve as a check on suitability for other services. Not every service suits every client, so the consultation determines whether a client can go ahead to the preferred appointment. Consultations should be booked at least 2 days before facials and lash services, and 1 to 2 weeks before waxes, or 5 days before if the hair has grown out.
The menu includes Korean lash lifts with an optional tint for a darker finish, a range of eyelash extension sets from YY and Classic through Volume and Medusa, brow mapping, tinting, staining and lamination, and a full set of waxing options from lip and chin to Brazilian and half leg. Retail skincare and wax care products are also available, and gift cards can be purchased with a balance check on the site.
Consultation comes first, so a treatment plan is set around the client's skin, lashes or treatment area before anything is booked.
