New clients can start with a $49 welcome experience that includes a consultation and an OBSERV 520x skin analysis, and the fee can be applied toward a qualifying aesthetic treatment bought or performed the same day. A visit includes meeting the aesthetic team, a skin analysis, a discussion of options and a personalized plan. Recommendations may range from skincare and facials to laser, radiofrequency, skin tightening, injectables or combined treatments, and are based on individual assessment and candidacy. The offer is for new aesthetic clients only, requires an appointment, and is not valid for medical consultations or treatments with Dr. Donnay. The medical weight management program begins with a $75 initial consultation, and bloodwork must be completed before treatment starts. Each plan is individualized and overseen by a medical provider. Depending on need, plans may include lab testing, prescription options such as GLP-1 medication where medically appropriate, guidance on nutrition and daily habits, and continued monitoring. Weekly visits cost $100 and cover a weekly GLP-1 injection, a Lipo/MIC with B12 injection, and a 15-minute medical check-in. Lab work may be billed to insurance or paid in cash at $220. The medical provider makes all medication and treatment decisions after evaluating the patient.
