Extensions are offered in several methods. Hand-tied wefts are one option, and keratin bond extensions are strands containing keratin that attach to natural hair, with about three months of maintenance cited. Hand-tied beaded weft extensions are reusable and come as hand-tied, machine or genius wefts. Clip-in and halo extensions are temporary, and the salon also lists seamless hair replacement toppers and hairpieces. Hair is made from Slavic and Asian hair, custom blended for each client.

Services are grouped by length and volume. Partial volume adds fullness and coverage on the sides and can help correct haircuts that were cut too short or unevenly. Full volume adds coverage, volume or body and works as a chemical-free alternative to color or highlights. Partial length suits skinny ends, low to medium density and soft perimeters, full length suits medium to high density natural hair, and extreme length suits medium to high density or a strong perimeter. Listed starting prices run from $275 for a one-hour partial volume hand-tied wefts service to $1,275 for a 4.5-hour extreme length keratin bond service.

Consultations are free and booked in advance, and same-day consults and installs are also offered. Each transformation is personalized, so the salon works on a waitlist basis. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are accommodated when possible, and clients can ask to be placed on the cancellation list. There is a reception area where clients can sit before appointments. Cancellations or reschedules requested less than 48 hours ahead carry a $200 fee or the deposit amount, and arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $50 charge and may shorten the service or require rescheduling.
