Options range from a quick tint to brow lamination, with bundles that pair tinting with waxing or tweezing and a four-week maintenance visit for clients who come back on that schedule. The Marbella Brow is a 35-minute service that includes brow mapping, waxing and styling. The brow lamination VIP package combines lamination, tint, wax and a maintenance visit, and that maintenance visit has to happen within four weeks to keep results.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, stomach and intimate areas. A Brazilian and brow wax membership includes one of each every month, with a three-month minimum and services used within 30 days. Members receive discounts on brow tint and other waxing, priority booking, a free brow tint in their birthday month and members-only promotions.

Booking is set up in advance. Payment is by cash or Zelle only, and a $25 Zelle deposit is required at booking. It is non-refundable but applied to the service, and appointments without it are not confirmed. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, arrivals more than 10 minutes late are canceled, and extra guests are not permitted.

Appointments come with preparation guidelines for brows, lashes and brow lamination, such as stopping certain skin medications weeks ahead and keeping brows dry for a day after lamination.
