The Japanese scalp treatment runs about 60 to 90 minutes and begins with a scalp analysis under a microscope, followed by deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam or warm towel wraps and a shiatsu-style scalp massage. Aromatherapy, gua sha, herbal rinses and waterfall rinses are available as add-ons. The business also runs Valentine's Day head spa offers, including a couple's option.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM. Parking is in the main level orange deck between Macy's and Nordstrom, with the mall entrance near Urban Outfitters.
