Maravella Aesthetics was founded by America Ramirez, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who also holds an MSN and works as a Certified Aesthetic Injector. Her clinical background covers emergency medicine, chronic pain management and aesthetic medicine, and she has more than ten years of healthcare experience.

The practice describes its treatments as meant to enhance a person's natural features. Recommendations are presented as honest, and treatment plans are tailored to each individual rather than set by trends or sales pressure. Every new patient starts with a consultation that looks at their goals, health history and a plan for what might come next. Many patients are treated the same day as that consultation.

Injectable services include neurotoxin treatments for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow positioning, and softening of the jaw or a lip flip. Dermal filler work uses RHA Collection, Evolysse and JUVÉDERM hyaluronic-acid fillers for cheek and midface volume, smile lines, facial balance and subtle definition, and includes a naturally balanced lip filler option.

The medical weight loss program is medically supervised and uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, which are GLP-1 therapies, with B12 injections available as added support. Every program begins with a health evaluation to confirm whether it is appropriate, and prescriptions are issued only after a clinical evaluation at the provider's discretion. Results differ from person to person, and no specific amount of weight loss is promised.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services, with limited exceptions for minors when a parent or guardian has approved it with the providers. Every treatment requires an initial consultation, a completed medical history and a signed consent form specific to that treatment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and payment is due at the time of service. Insurance is not billed, since cosmetic work is generally not covered. Third-party financing is available through Cherry, an independent company the practice does not own or run; 0% APR options depend on eligibility, and the practice does not review applications or control the terms.
