The studio builds each look around the client instead of working from a fixed template. Makeup is offered for occasions ranging from weddings to everyday events, and hair styling covers event looks such as updos and waves.

Trial sessions are available for makeup or hair before the event, so clients can test a look ahead of time. Bridal and bridesmaid options are priced separately, with bridal hair or updo at $120 and bridesmaid updos at $70.

The studio also offers flower girl hair and makeup, down styles, lash add-ons, and airbrush makeup as an add-on. Men's grooming and corporate or media services are priced per hour, at $35 and $75 respectively.

The studio describes itself as a safe place for even the most vulnerable clients. It does not tolerate hate speech, discriminatory bias, or harmful language in the studio or during on-site travel, and reserves the right to end services on that basis. Inquiries are usually answered within 48 hours, and the studio does not use generative AI to write or respond to emails or to alter images on its website or social media.
