Visits start with choosing a service from the menu. Clients who want nail art on a nail service are asked to add it at booking so there is time for the design, and base enhancements come with a solid color finish only. Acrylic refills are priced for sets kept within two to three weeks, while older sets, lifting or sets needing major reshaping are charged as full sets. Gel X does not include removing old product, so a soak off can be added if needed.

Cancellations and reschedules should be made online or by phone at least 24 hours ahead. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to the appointment being changed or canceled if it affects other bookings, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Booking several people at the same time means calling the salon during operating hours.
