Basic manicures come in two versions: one with a strengthening top coat and one with a buffed shine, both with no polish. Soft gel manicures are offered in short and medium lengths and include one color of the client's choice, with structure gel not included. Builder gel overlays are applied to natural nails, with up to two gel colors, and can be soaked off or rebased later. Russian manicures use detailed e-file cuticle work, shaping, and either hard gel or builder gel, with up to two colors. Gel X fills and gel polish changes on toes are also offered, along with soak-off and handpainted nail art.

Visits are booked online through Square or prebooked at checkout, and a valid card is needed to hold the time along with a non-refundable $20 deposit. New clients need to arrive with bare nails, and the salon will not remove products applied elsewhere because the ingredients are unknown. Clients are asked to book every service they want in one visit so there is enough time. Guests and children are not permitted because of the limited suite space.

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations are charged half the service, and no-shows or appointments without notice are charged the full total. Arrivals are held for a 15-minute grace period. After-hours appointments can be requested for a non-refundable $25 fee, but they are limited, not guaranteed, and confirmed only once the invoice is paid and approval is given by message. Payment is accepted by Apple Pay, card or cash, with a 2.6% processing fee on card payments.
