Full sets come in a few forms. A basic acrylic set uses tips and one color and comes in five lengths, while a natural acrylic overlay sits over your own nails and is shaped to a natural square or a shape you choose, with one color gel included. Polygel, which the salon describes as a blend of gel and acrylic that bends more than acrylic but is firmer than regular gel, is used for its basic full set and for toe work.

Pedicures start with a basic service that includes a soak, scrub, massage and one color of gel polish. The luxe version adds a foot mask, a hot towel wrap and a longer massage, and the jelly pedicure uses a scented jelly mix with a foot soak and a hot towel finish. Nail art is priced by level, from subtle freestyle designs to intricate sets that can combine hand painted art, 3D sculpting, charms and bling. Picture recreations are quoted by consultation, based on inspiration photos sent ahead of the visit.

Clients book through the salon's Glossgenius page. Deposits are taken for the natural acrylic overlay, hard gel overlay, mani, basic pedi, luxe pedi and jelly pedi. The cancellation fee is 30 percent of the service price, so clients are asked to give notice as early as possible. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 9:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday.

Designs are added on to a base service rather than booked alone, and fills are limited so the set stays within the salon's guidelines.
