Manifest Salon Suites

Manifest Salon Suites is a building of rentable salon suites for independent beauty and wellness professionals. Each suite comes ready to move into and fully furnished, and utilities are included, so a tenant can start working without buying furniture or setting up services. Tenants can decorate and customize their suite to suit their own work.

The building is open 24/7 with secured access for tenants. It sits in a high-traffic area with strong visibility, and there is ample onsite parking for professionals and their clients. Free high-speed WiFi and complimentary laundry facilities are available.

The business says it aims to help beauty and wellness professionals grow together as a community. It describes the environment as supportive and free of drama, and it states it has more than 10 years of experience and 100% satisfied customers. Those are the business's own claims. Suites rent for $250 per week. A lease runs 12 months and comes with two weeks free and a rate locked in for one year. Applicants submit an application and pay a security deposit equal to two weeks of rent, and professionals must carry business insurance.
