Manicured Mare Salons is set up as a home for independent beauty professionals. Rather than working as a single salon with employees, the building leases seven private suites, ranging from 111 to 322 square feet, to entrepreneurs who run their own businesses.

Renters of the suites set their own prices and their own schedules, and can customize their decor. Each suite has a dedicated hair dryer and shampoo bowl, and some include private toilet facilities. Renters also get marketing support and access to a network of other salon business owners.

A nail bar is also on site, where clients can book with a nail professional or with a nail student.

The facility was newly renovated and has large windows, artwork throughout, and a sound system for guests. Shared amenities include laundry facilities, a break room, free Wi-Fi, instant hot water, and private gated parking. The facility's HVAC system is described as removing scents and chemical-related toxins from the air.
