Visits are one-on-one, and each set is planned around the client's personal style, whether that means understated or bold. The studio uses OPI and Dazzle Dry products. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed on weekends.

Booking requires a valid credit card, and clients must complete the required intake and consent forms before their appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the scheduled total, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full total. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and service may be refused for someone who arrives actively ill, with the full charge still applying.

Services are final sale, with no refunds on services, gift cards or retail products. Concerns about a service should be raised within one week so the studio can review them.
