The menu covers manicures for men, adults and kids, gel-based enhancements such as Gel-X full sets and structured builder gel, fills for existing acrylic or builder gel, and repairs for broken or cracked nails. Removal of enhancements includes shaping and cuticle care. Nail art runs in tiers from simple accents and French tips up to large custom projects, and pedicure add-ons such as foreign gel removal and simple nail art can be added to a pedicure.

A visit usually runs two to three hours, and the estimated time is shown while booking. Each appointment stays with the technician the client booked, and technicians do not hand clients off. Clients can watch TV shows or movies and have snacks during their appointment. Clients who want nail art can send inspiration photos ahead of time to help choose a tier. Walk-ins are taken when availability allows, though booking ahead is strongly recommended. The salon also takes group bookings and private events; contact the salon for availability.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice carry a $50 fee, a no-show is charged $100, and arriving 15 or more minutes late carries a $20 fee. Repairs for chips, breakage or lost charms are free within 7 days of an appointment, and refunds are not issued once a client has left the studio.

Appointments are tailored to each client's needs, with an emphasis on gentle, healthy nail care in a comfortable studio.
