The salon is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday. Listed prices are starting costs, and more time or product can raise the final total. Wella Professional Color and Kevin Murphy Hair Care products are included in the cost of every service.
New clients need an in-person consultation first so the salon can confirm whether they are a good fit. Forms and waivers must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. A valid card must be kept on file for every client. Credit card payment on the day of service carries a 3.5% fee, while Zelle, Venmo and cash do not. Cancelling with less than two days' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the services total, and rescheduling requires a $50 rebooking fee. Appointments not confirmed online, cancelled within 24 hours or missed are charged 100% of the scheduled services to the card on file, and no-shows are removed from the client list and blocked from booking future appointments.
The salon customizes every service, from color and haircuts to extension visits, to the client's current color and goals, and aims for healthy hair with a natural look. Margherite does not double book, so each client has her full attention for the entire appointment.
