Haircuts are booked by time. A 15-minute bang trim, a 30-minute quick cut, a 45-minute clipper or pixie cut, a 60-minute signature haircut and a 75-minute haircut with a treatment are all offered, and a haircut can be added to a color appointment. A 45-minute blowout includes a head massage, shampoo, conditioning and blow dry.

Color work is built around custom formulations, with Schwarzkopf Professional as the main color line. Options range from quick root retouches and express retouches to all-over color changes for grey coverage, deepening, or lightening virgin hair a few shades, including copper tones. Highlights come in mini, partial and full sizes, covering roughly 25-40%, 40-60% and the whole head, and every highlight service includes a gloss and a blowout. Balayage and lived-in color follow the same coverage ranges and include a color-melt gloss. Between retouch visits, a maintenance gloss can refresh blonde, caramel, red or brunette tones, typically 6-8 weeks after the first color appointment. Bleach root retouches are offered for 5-8 weeks or 8-plus weeks of regrowth.

Vivid and fantasy work includes balayage or pieces such as peekaboo highlights and ombre, color blocks and panels, and all-over root retouches. A solid bleach out followed by an all-over vivid color includes a complimentary haircut. Treatments include a 10-minute scalp massage at the wash basin, a lamellar conditioning rinse with a smoothing leave-in for glossy, frizz-free hair, a demi-permanent smoothing treatment that lasts up to 3 months, a multi-step color longevity treatment, and a multi-step repair treatment that comes with a take-home product.

Emergencies are handled case by case. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may lead to the appointment being adjusted or rescheduled. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay or may face scheduling limits. Text is the preferred way to reach the studio.

Each service is tailored to the client's needs and daily life, with an emphasis on teaching clients how to care for and style their hair at home.
