The salon describes silk pressing and thermal styling as its signature skills. Its formaldehyde-free amino acid smoothing service, the Mane Therapy Amino Treatment, opens with a consultation and a deep cleanse, moves on to the treatment, and finishes with either a thermal style or a wash-and-go, followed by guidance on caring for hair at home. According to the salon, the smoothing may remain effective for as long as 12 weeks, with the length depending on how often hair is shampooed, home care and daily habits. Clients are advised to book an amplified thermal press visit every four to six weeks, with standard thermal press appointments scheduled in between. Maintenance appointments are offered to anyone who has had the Amino Treatment.

Visits are appointment-based and the salon sets expectations in advance. Color and corrective work begin with a consultation, and consultation fees go toward a service booked within the set timeframe. Appointment decisions must be finalized at least 48 hours ahead. One reschedule is allowed within seven days of the original appointment, and changes or cancellations made within 48 hours carry a fee of 30% of the service price. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to cancellation and a no-show charge. The salon does not book children. Gift certificates are available, online booking runs through Vagaro, and the studio offers free parking and WiFi. Hours are Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
