The menu is broad. Haircuts range from children's cuts and neck trims to long-hair cuts, with separate senior and veteran pricing. Color options run from glaze and blonding to express foil, color retouch, all-over color, partial highlights and full foil highlights. Chemical services include partial perms and full perms. Waxing covers lips, chin, eyebrows, nose and ears, and beard trims are also offered.

Treatments include the Malibu treatment, which is a quick add-on for hard water, swimmers, scalp therapy or curl pattern, and a Redken ABC Treatment. The salon also offers a Lanza treatment, with results that typically last four to six weeks. Booking policies include a 75% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours, and gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, which are final sale.
