Color is the largest part of the menu, with options from a quick fast-color refresh and in-between root touchups to all-over color, gloss and toner finishes, and fuller blonding or brunette services that include balayage. Haircuts are shaped to each client's style and preferences, and there is a separate cut for new curly-hair clients that includes curl treatments. Extensions can be added to natural hair for more fullness or length, and removal of existing extensions is also offered.

Extension consultations are free and cover pricing, upkeep and at-home care, and extensions are color matched to the desired shade. Extension installation requires a deposit equal to the cost of the hair to hold the appointment. The base price depends on the stylist, and the final total depends on add-on services and how much color is used. Drastic changes, such as going from dark brown or black to blonde, may take several sessions to keep the hair healthy.

The salon asks for 72 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late changes are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened. Products can be bought online and picked up at the salon at a scheduled time. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday, open Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 to 7:00, Friday 9:45 to 7:00, and Saturday 9:00 to 6:00.
