Visits begin with a thorough consultation, with attention paid to the details of the client's hair before any service is planned. Color is designed so that it grows out well between appointments, and the studio works with premium products with healthy hair in mind. The stated aim is hair that still looks good weeks after the appointment.

The menu covers custom color from tone and gloss through full balayage, cutting and styling including blowouts and rollersets, a range of hair treatments, keratin smoothing, hair extensions, and waxing for the face. Hair and head massage treatments can be added on their own or with a partial or full treatment. The studio hires full-time and part-time hairstylists on a rental or commission basis and welcomes stylists at all experience levels.

Booking requires a credit card to secure an appointment. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice by email or phone. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled if it can no longer be completed in the time slot. Refunds are not given for services performed, though complimentary adjustments are available up to 14 days after a service.

The studio focuses on personalized color and cutting, with an emphasis on healthy hair and color that holds up between visits.
