Christy and Cara are the owners, and the team includes stylists Erin, Marissa, Pam and Shelly, with Brooke working as an assistant and emerging stylist. The salon names knowledge, creativity, positivity and passion as its core values, and describes a culture built on friendship and growing together as a community.

Appointments take place in a space the salon calls the Hair Home, which it describes as an intimate setting. The salon is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Every client is given a robe for each service. Starting prices include $55 for a haircut or blowout, $80 for a haircut with blowout, $50 for a men's haircut and $15 for a beard trim. Prices may change with the amount of product used and hair density.

Booking comes with a few policies. New guests, and guests booking lengthy color sessions, are asked to keep a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A last-minute cancellation or no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling with the same fee. No new appointments can be booked until a cancellation fee is paid, so clients running late are asked to call. Unsatisfactory results can be reported within one week for adjustments at no charge. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
