On the color side, balayage is hand-painted, freehand lightening that adds softness, brightness and dimension, and it can be combined with traditional highlighting. Highlights are done with foil and can be full head, half head or face-framing. The salon describes its single process root touch-up as one of its most popular services. Double process lightening creates an even, bright blonde and is finished with a customized toner, while a retouch is offered for routine upkeep of an existing double process blonde. Toner and gloss can refresh existing color, neutralize unwanted tones or add shine, alone or alongside a blowout.

Styling and treatments include blowouts in smooth and polished, soft and bouncy, or full and voluminous finishes, with an extended option for hair that needs more time.
