The studio offers in-person masterclasses, including a one-day Shadow Me for a Day session priced at $600 and a private One-on-One Masterclass priced at $1,500.

In 2021 the studio launched Chair to Couch Coaching, which is aimed at hairstylists and teaches them to earn income online using video. A self-paced digital version of the coaching is listed as not yet launched.

The studio describes its products and tools as the very best available. Shoppers can order hair units, flat irons and hair care, with orders processed over three to four business days from Tuesday through Friday, and hair units taking up to 14 business days.
