New clients start with a free 30-minute consultation. For color work, the stylist talks through a client's inspirations and daily life before choosing a shade, so the result suits how the client actually lives with their hair.

The menu runs from simple glaze and root work to full lived-in color that combines foilayage, teasylights and hand-painted balayage. Highlights range from a few foils around the hairline to full-head microlights, and the studio also offers cuts for women, men and children, blowouts, conditioning and gloss treatments, and extensions.

Extension clients have a free 60-minute consultation that covers installation methods and how to customize length and fullness. A non-refundable deposit covers the hair needed before installation, and maintenance visits for removal, move-up or re-installation are priced at the consultation.

Cancellations with no fee are accepted up to 48 hours before a service. Cancellations made after 24 hours are charged half the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full cost. Clients are asked to text or call to reschedule.

Keeps one client on the books at a time so every appointment receives undivided attention.
