The menu is grouped into color, lightening, cuts and styling, keratin treatments, extensions and a few smaller treatments. Several services start with a consultation. Color correction, fantasy color and hair extension first installs all require one before booking, and the consultation itself is free and lasts 20 minutes. It is used to talk through hair goals, check the condition of the hair and plan the next visit.
The Keratherapy Full Treatment combines several smoothing methods, namely nanoplastia, taninoplastia, hair botox and keratin, in a formaldehyde-free silk formula. The salon's booking page describes it as the first and only treatment of its kind. A lighter option, the Keratherapy Express Treatment, uses a zero-formaldehyde keratin product with tamanu and argan oils, jojoba and rosemary leaf extract, and the salon says results last four to six weeks.
Extension clients can book a move-up, which removes, retapes and reapplies existing tape-in extensions closer to the scalp, with a wash and blowout of natural hair included. Clients new to extensions book a first install after a consultation.
Cancellations or date changes made less than two days ahead carry a fee of half the booked services' price. Missed appointments and changes made within 24 hours of the booking are billed the full service total. Clients who want a redo have seven days from their appointment to ask, and if the problem traces back to the original service, a complimentary adjustment may be offered. Redos are declined after that window, or when another stylist or a home treatment has changed the hair. Payments for services cannot be returned.
