The studio focuses on extensions, which it describes as luxury work. The hair is single-donor ponytail hair sourced mainly from Russia, Ukraine and parts of Asia, and each bundle is customized by hand in the salon, strand by strand. Two methods are offered. Invisible Bead Extensions are a bead-and-weft method placed close to the scalp and take about four to five hours. Invisible K-Tips are individual keratin-bonded strands placed one at a time for movement, taking about five to seven hours. The studio calls K-Tips the most customizable and discreet option.
Every new client starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation covering hair and scalp assessment, a method recommendation, maintenance and cost, and extensions are never installed without one. Prices are confirmed at that visit based on the number of rows or strands, grams of hair and any color work. Named looks include the Signature Face Frame, which adds volume along the sides and front, plus Volume, Signature and Luxury looks in both methods. Color services start at $100+ for grey coverage, $125+ for gloss and refresh, $275+ for signature color and $250 to $450+ for custom blonding.
Invisible Bead Extensions are recommended for maintenance every six to eight weeks, which includes removal, reinstallation, and trim and style, at $285 to $700. K-Tips last three to four months with proper care and need no maintenance between installs, while Invisible Bead Extensions last eight to ten months with maintenance. Every install comes with an aftercare kit and routine, and following it is required for the service guarantee. Adjustments are made at no charge within seven days of service, but installed extensions are not refunded.
Booking requires a non-refundable 50% retainer after consultation, with the balance due on the appointment day. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and guests and children are not permitted. Inquiries receive a reply within 48 hours, and the studio is open Tuesday to Saturday by appointment only.
The studio also offers an online course for extension artists, Elevate Beyond the Certification, with lifetime access to videos. It is listed at $497 during founding student enrollment, regularly $697. All course sales are final and non-refundable.
Each visit is one-on-one and unhurried, built so clients can settle in and feel well looked after.
