Every appointment starts with an in-depth consultation. The salon puts weight on education and on building the skills of its stylists and specialists, and says its results come from expert training, care and collaboration. Clients can start with a free online consultation to be matched with a service and a stylist. An in-person consultation costs $40, lasts 30 minutes, and is not a full color appointment. If the consultation is followed by a service booked within 60 days, the fee is applied to that service.

Color starts at $78 and takes about 75 minutes for new clients or 60 minutes for existing clients. Partial highlights start at $117, full highlights at $139, full painting at $174, and color highlights at $195, with new and existing client timings listed separately. A gloss costs $35 and takes 15 minutes to add shine, health and tone to existing color or highlights. Other offerings include haircuts for adults and children, beard trims, bang trims, curly cuts, blowouts, braids, special occasion styles, perms, Brazilian Blowouts, hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, hair tinsel, and hair treatments. The salon is open Monday 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday. Clients can call or text (602) 956-2996. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes; changes made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled services. A late policy also applies. The salon is cashless and accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay, with cash accepted only for gratuities. A $4 salon operations fee is added once per visit and is kept by the salon rather than passed to the stylist. Free adjustments to the original service are offered within two weeks, while additional services are charged at regular prices and service refunds are not issued. Retail products can be returned within 60 days for a full refund. The salon also accepts applications for its hair model program.

The salon runs annual philanthropic campaigns. Its yearly Beauty to the Rescue event supports Phoenix Animal Care Coalition 911, and it supports Aveda Earth Month, which benefits CHARITY:WATER.
