Mane Atelier Salon Suites is a suite rental business for independent beauty professionals who want their own private space rather than a station on a shared floor. Its suites are at 10676 Bloomingdale Ave and 10583 Bloomingdale Ridge Drive in Riverview, and at 751 Cactus Ridge Circle in Ruskin, on Parsons Avenue.

Hair suites come with a styling chair, a shampoo chair and sink, a mirror, a chandelier, extra ceiling lights, extra outlets, a mobile styling station, an EyeVac and storage. Color sinks are available in select suites. Each suite has floor-to-ceiling privacy with opaque glass doors, and most have exterior windows. Suites can be adapted to suit a business's needs.

Each location has 24/7 access with keyless entry and an alarm, a lobby with seating and refreshments for clients, and a break room for tenants. Common area cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, electricity and on-site laundry with detergent are included in the rent. Suites start at $1095 per month, with a $395 one-time move-in fee due at lease signing, a one-year minimum lease, and initial rent due 24 hours before move-in.
