Services span women's haircuts with blow-dry, blow-dry and style, glosses alone or paired with a cut or blow-dry, and color. Highlight options include partial and full highlights, a partial highlight-only service, and partial and full balayage, most of them with gloss included. Keratin and straightening treatments are also offered, including Lasio keratin and the Magic Sleek straightening treatment. A free 15-minute in-person consultation is available, and drastic color changes require a consultation before booking.

Booking requires 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Consultations come first, especially before drastic color changes, so the plan is set with the client before the appointment.
