Much of the menu centers on protective and long-wear styles. Locs have their own section, including loc retwists, loc restorations, loc retie, starter locs, and sister locs or micro loc starter twists, which can be done with hair included or with the client's hair. Interlocking extensions are offered with or without hair included; that service is morning-only and runs about six to seven hours, and the salon asks for photos of the locs or hair when booking, with hair at least three to four inches long. Loc Detox is offered to remove buildup from locs with organic materials, followed by a wash.

Extensions and sew-ins are another core area. Booking details matter here. Loc bundles must be bought at least 72 hours before pickup and are non-refundable. All services and deposits are non-refundable, one reschedule is allowed within the same week as the appointment, and walk-ins are not accepted. Guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced. For children, a parent may wait in a separate area or drop the child off, but may not stay in the service room.

Pricing runs in tiers. Some services are listed with a starting price, and travel appointments start at $30 and are priced by mileage from the shop to the destination. Emergency or squeeze-in appointments are a $25 add-on, and a 7:00 PM after-hours start is a $15 add-on. Weekly Tuesday deals cover select quick weaves, silk presses, ponytails and wig installs at a set price, and can only be booked on Tuesdays. New clients get $10 off if they text their name and email before booking; the discount cannot be added after the appointment is booked. The salon accepts credit cards, offers parking, and says it disinfects all surfaces between clients.

Hours vary through the week. The salon is open Sunday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, closed Mondays and Wednesdays, open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:55 PM, and open Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. A consultation, in person or by FaceTime, is recommended before loc extensions, micro links or other styles with questions, for $20.
