Bridal is the core of the work. Booking starts with an inquiry form, after which the team reaches out to arrange a bridal consultation. A complimentary phone consultation is offered to bridal clients. Afterward, clients receive a service guide by email two to three days later, then review it, sign, and pay a retainer through an online system. Options include bridal trials, on-location wedding beauty service, hair and makeup for the bridal party, and vendor recommendations within bridal packages.
Makeovers run from in-studio sessions to on-location visits within Memphis city limits. Standard, VIP, Halloween and Valentine's Day looks are priced separately, and some holiday sessions are booked on major holidays such as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Glam sessions combine hair and makeup in one appointment, tailored to each client. Boudoir sessions are requested through an inquiry form, and portrait photography is also available.
The Teen Makeup Summer Program, run through Mirror Image Academy, is an eight-week class for girls ages 11 to 18 with no prior experience needed. It meets Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the studio and focuses first on eye looks and enhancing natural features, with full-face work such as foundation and contouring not taught. The curriculum also covers skin prep, brows, eyeshadow basics, skincare and skin types, content creation, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Tuition of $410 includes a makeup kit and tools, a t-shirt, a workbook and materials, with a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot. The class is not a license, and its hours cannot count toward beauty school or licensure. Missed classes are not refunded or made up, including for weather or holiday closings.
