The team pairs a physician associate who performs aesthetic injections with licensed estheticians who run the facial and waxing menus. Injectable services include Botox, Xeomin and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PRP used for facial rejuvenation, hair restoration and musculoskeletal injuries. Dissolving filler with hyaluronidase is also available, with ultrasound guidance for filler dissolving.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary 30-minute aesthetic consultation with Cassie Mandala. It covers getting acquainted, discussing concerns and questions, and a full-face assessment before anything is recommended. Consultations do not leave time for a treatment, so treatments are booked as their own appointments, and each appointment is booked for 45 minutes with the provider. The salon says clients are never rushed or pressured into a treatment. Facial rejuvenation may be a series of treatments over months or years.

Facials are custom, medical-grade treatments, and the salon says it uses products exclusive to certified skincare professionals. Options include the Mandala Custom Facial (60 minutes), the Mandala Custom Elevated Facial (75 minutes), the Mandala OXY Infusion Facial, the Men's Signature Facial, the Bare Your Back Facial, a Young Adult Fresh Face for ages 21 and under, and Candela Glacē hydrodermabrasion. Dermaplaning can be added to most facials. The salon sells its medical-grade skincare in the office and through an online store.

Memberships are called The Ritual, at $150 per month, and The Reserve, at $250 per month. Reserve members receive 5% off most treatments and 10% off facials and Glacē, and Reserve pricing is listed for neuromodulator units. Memberships can be joined by calling (630) 405-8887 or speaking with the team during a visit, and membership questions go to Dana, the Patient Care Coordinator, at the same number.
