A first visit begins with a free consultation with a licensed provider, with no obligation to book further, and the visit ends with a plan. Services are personalized from there. Labs drawn in the office carry one flat lab fee, and patients keep a full copy of their results. Phones and texts are answered Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time.

Hormone care is dosed from lab results, with bioidentical support for women and men and thyroid care. Hormone optimization is a compounded supplement shipped to the patient's door, with monthly checks of thyroid, vitamin D and the wider vitamin picture. GI mapping is a stool-based test that looks at the gut microbiome, digestion and absorption, and gut inflammation; the kit is provided at the office and a specialist telehealth provider guides in-depth gut protocols. Weight loss plans are built on lab results and may include medication prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider when appropriate.

Injectable treatments start with a consultation and use conservative dosing. Neurotoxin is described as softening lines for a few months, and dermal filler tends to last longer, according to the business. Skin treatments use medical-grade skincare matched to each client's skin at the visit.
